Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov is an American actor best known for her starring role as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama television series Awkward which has been on since the year 2011. Tarlov, the youngest of two girls, was raised and born in Manhattan, New York. When she was 10 She began her acting career with the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. Seventh graders who were in the theater extremely impressed. In her later years she attended NYU Tisch located in Paris as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. She trained in a range of different styles of acting, and graduated with her bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and found a way to incorporate the writing aspect of her act at the LAByrinth Theater Master Course. Molly changed her jacket for a pair of black glasses before heading towards Los Angeles. Molly quickly got a three-word role on iCarly which attracted lots of attention by her family and friends. In the years since Molly has made a variety of television appearances. Her most recent is the creation of her character for Winnie Woodman, as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC Family series Huge. Molly likes to make up stories that she's a great basketball player despite the fact that it's far from true. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
